Master of Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. 

He was the investment manager of Huazi Asset Management Co., Ltd. and the chief engineer of Shaanxi Zhongke Nanomaterials Co., Ltd. .He joined CASI in 2006 and now serves as the investment director and head of the future industry group. 

Mr. LIU focuses on medical devices, high-value consumables and medical services industries, and has presided over the investment of many high-quality projects such as Branden, Datsing, and MOPTIM. Mr. LIU is mainly responsible for the operation of the future industry group of CASI, and is the director of the investment committee of CASRICH II Fund.
