Mr. SHAO served successively as the senior manager and member of IPO Internal Review Committee for Investment Banking Division, Changjiang Securities Co., Ltd. Prior to that, he was preliminary investigator of IPO Department, CSRC and manager of Securities Auditing Department of an Accounting Firm and CFO of WhatsAsset Management Co., Ltd,.  

Mr. SHAO joined CASI in 2006 and now serves as CFO. He has presided over and participated in the issceand listing of several companies and has rich experience in financial management and auditing. Mr.SHAO is mainly responsible for the financial management of CASI and the funds under its management.
